How can I log in to create my own username and password?
George Washington Carver High School for The Sciences (GWCHSS) has licensed Connect with Kids WebSource and has been assigned an organization code that allows you to create your own user name and password. Click on the Sign Up button in the upper right hand corner of the site homepage and follow the prompts.

It is important to log on with an internet provider the supports the playing of video content. Please download and use Google Chrome for best results. Please note: Internet Explorer will not adequately support playing the video content.
Who uses Connect with Kids WebSource?
Websource resources are ideal for a wide variety of participants, including students, parents, educators, staff (classroom teachers, guidance counselors, principals, school nurses, P.E. teachers, coaches, etc.); social workers; probation officers; hospital and health personnel. Any adult who wants to help improve the lives of children will find that WebSource is a great tool to help students relate to adults and each other. Educators and staff recognize that students feel connected and inspired by the videos’ real stories about real kids.
Can I share these Connect with Kids video resources with others?
When logged on to a password-protected page featuring a Connect with Kids video, you will see a Share This Link button. By hitting that button, an email will be created for you to share a temporary link to the site. Teachers may want to share with parents or students; GWCHHS parents may want to share with other parents and co-workers. The temporary link provides access for seven days.
Is there research supporting Connect with Kids programs?
Yes. Connect with Kids methodologies are research-based and its programs are evidence-based. Connect with Kids Education Network has been designated an “Effective Producer” of programs by the U.S. Department of Education and appears on the prestigious U.S. Department of Education’s What Works Clearinghouse List.
